Did you mean the total length (including the root) for the largest canine teeth?

Excluding the root only the part visible in live animals the part they use when they hunt

I don't have the picture of the live animal with its canine teeth being measured at the gum line.

Here is a tiger upper canine tooth with a total length over 16 cm, and it can be pretty much assumed that the live animal got 8 cm upper canine teeth from the gum line.

As for the lion, maybe something about 6.5 cm, but I don't have any pic right now.
