Jr Bajrang stashed away his gaur kill under thickets, he is back to feed for the second time:

What is most surprising is the strength of the gaur’s horn. It gets wedged with a stem at 2:00 of the video, but then the horn breaks the stem so easily.

The account also states that the kill was a bone of contention between Jr Bajrang and Balwan, his brother.

RE: Tiger Predation - Ashutosh - 07-20-2021

@Pckts, he is called Mooga male also Moogu male because of the huge gash on his nose. Moogu in Kannada means nose. These days he has been pushed out of prime territory by another male called Trishul male.

Male Tiger from Bandipur. This tiger had killed a large Gaur a few days before we reached Bandipur. So most of the folks kept going to that area to as the tiger would take a week to polish off the Gaur. After 3 missed sightings spotted them on the last safari

Bengal tiger killed a large male wild boar:

"On Friday morning, some tribal men who were out for cutting wood in the jungle were shocked to see a wild boar and the tiger involved in a fierce fight. Before they could even react and call others for help, the tiger had killed its prey and started devouring it."..

"An eye-witness Shambu Nath said: "We saw the tiger and a boar fighting in the middle of the jungle. The boar was big and must have weighed 1.5 quintal, ( 150 kg ) but the tiger killed it and started eating its flesh."..

Picture of the big wild boar that was killed and partially eaten by the tiger:

The tiger that killed this big boar was ill and unhealthy, and was later barbarically killed by spears and bows and arrows by the local hunters and tribesman:

"The local eye-witnesses said that more than 100 tribal hunters from the local villages reportedly attacked the tiger today afternoon with native weapons like ( spear-like weapons ), bow and arrows."

"We were worried about the safety of the tiger from the beginning. We heard that the animal was ill. We had plans to relocate it to North Bengal jungle after treatment."
