Yes, agree with you, the food they have makes their mane thicker. And as concerns the intensiv hunting which wild african are suffering from, the natur makes some adjustments by making the manes less thick, the rhinos' horns smaller, the elephants' tusk smaller too and so on.

Bateleur Eagles will spend up to 5 weeks building a large nest, 10 to 15 meters above the ground. Lays one egg incubated by both sexes. Chicks hatch at 52-59 days. Their status is near threatened.
