What is the largest recorded Wild Tiger and a Wild Lion in scientific records ? Please give as much detail as possible.

In Biology, "largest" is normally related with body mass, so the heaviest male wild tiger and male wild lion are the next ones:
Heaviest tiger - Nepal - 272 kg+ - 260 kg empty:

Heaviest lion - Namibia - 260 kg - 240 kg empty:

Of course there are other records, like the cattle-killer of 272 kg from Kenya, and a huge tiger of 288 kg from India, but the first one is an outlier that gorged from cattle and the second is confirmed but still not published. So, for the moment, I will stick to the records that I showed here to you.

What about the 280/253 kg lion from Timbavati? Does that one count?

I take in count in my tables, but been honest that figure is not published, is not in any document, any paper, any news article, nothing, even the website delete it! So, what evidence we have of it? We know about it only from a few emails, so I include it just for been "polite", but in a real scientific publication that figure will be discarded with no problem. In fact, if we follow the protocol of Slaght et al. (2005), that figure will be "unreliable".
Did I use it? Yes, why not. Is this the heaviest in scientific record? No, as for been a "scientific" record it must be published in a "scientific" paper. The same happen, for example with the huge tiger reported by Dr Jhala, we can use it but is not published, so I will not quote it with my name on it.
