Yep, his right eye looks like gone a bit purple.

No, it's just his eyes are slightly different in color, much like Floppy Ear of the Styx Pride, except his right eye is darker and the other one's left eye is.

His eyes are different colors, however, having said that, I saw a photo, not a very recent one, where his right wasn't as dark and looked like his left one....But, maybe he was just a younger version of the more dominant male, with less mane.

Insane, indeed. But also fortuitous. If they actually produce cubs, that has to be the quickest pride rebuild of all time. Hopefully the Othawa girls will mature this fast.

@DE_66 let's say they do and in a couple of months they get in estrus/fake estrus, would it be safe for them to go look for the PCM to mate or PCM would think they are too small and kill them?

Lions dont judge those matters though looks but through Flehmen. If the girls smell horny, they will be accepted very fast.

Just a simple question, but why would they seek out the PCMs, when they have two perfectly healthy, and unrelated to them, males who have already accepted them? I am not inferring that the PCMs are related to them either, just pointing out that the Gijimas are not their fathers, and honestly I'd like to see them grow the pride with them, given they were so accepting of the two subs from the start.

I think they were talking about the Othawa subs. Not the Southern pride subs
