That gaur can't be domestic, they have never been domesticated.

Wild gaurs used the plantations (tea, coffee, spices etc.) as corridors between forests & often stray into the adjoining localities (most started as worker settlements during colonial days). 
There are few dozens of similar videos on YouTube, though not quite striking as this...

It could be a gayal, a form of domesticated gaur.

It isn't gayal either.
The Gayal is very distinctively differentiable from the Gaur by its straight & conical horns...also, males lack the huge hump sported by gaurs.

Other than that, gayals belong to Northeast India & Bhutan/Burma..while the people in this video are clearly from the South (we indians can tell the difference)...

Old subedar major. Still extremely formidable, has been through a number of battles, and can crush the enemy. See the torn ears.

Edit: This was a monster gaur, one of the largest I have seen. Shot in the rain with careful stalking
