Same age as Nhena and looking just as good as her brother.

Is she one of the original Nharu females, are she and Nhena littermates?

@criollo2mil

Finally we have some clarity!
Solo i believe was born in Late March/Early April.

So is his Mother one of the Young Mbiri females born in late 2016/Early 2017?

And... thank you @Tonpa

Yeah she is one of 3 older Nharu lionesses. Not sure if she is littermate of Nhena but she looks a bit like Tinyo.

Yes, the mother is 1/4 of the Thanda Impi daughters. So was Kupona’s. I think The two Matimba daughters are the mothers of the Orpen and cousins.

Are you sure? Honey Guide Ranger Camp is their other lodge 300km west.

Unfortunately it seems like this was indeed filmed 300 km west of Manyeleti

Yes, that's correct. My mistake.

Red Road the romantic

RE: Lions of Manyeleti - criollo2mil - 08-21-2022

A few Images captured by Vestment Mfumo of Ncila , Mandevu and a few members of the Mbiris.
I’m waiting for him to tell me if Ncila was with the Pride, or just trailing/near.

Edit:  Vestment has confirmed Ncila was with the Pride

"A mother will always have her children’s back. The Mbiri pride is one of my favourite prides within the Manyeleti, always so engaging and they pose for the best photos."

@Tonpa thank you for posting. Just saw this too.

I really feel for Ncila, he was at times the most dominant of the 3 males and now he is being alienated due to his appeared weakness due to the snare.

I really hope he pulls through and regains his dominance.

Atm Mandevu seems like he is the current most dominant.

Its such a shame that humans mess up life for Ncile, its not only this injury, but his whole status in the coalition and pride, he lost it all that day..

And now looks like shadow od his former self, so sad..

I fear for him, he obiviously wants to be part of the coalition and pride, but yea, they are attacking him, visiable bite marks on his legs,  without access to the food, he will never regain his full strenght.

His life is hell atm.

He truly does look like a shadow or his former self. He was the most impressive of the 3 imo before the wound.
Us humans are such a plague.
I hope he bounces back just as Red Road did.
Crazy because this is his natal pride so it's his Sisters, Cousins, Aunts & Mother who attacked him.

RRM didn't had 2 brothers to compete with, he is in much harder situation, as Mandevu and Lambile dominate him when he gets close.
