This dog will be around 80 cm tall and 105 to 110 kg 150 kg is huge numbers I don't trust guiness book of world record at this point.

Taking this picture as evidence, the canines of Bengal and probably also Amur tigers, in the wild, are measured in straight line.
 

Hi Guate, I have a few questions now, wondering if you have Facebook, Instagram or Discord? And I have a group of friends who specialize in learning about tigers and lions, they are big fans of you and so am I.
