Really nice thread prathap, expecting to see more huge specimen. Tigers above are really very huge.

This is also Baikal, and he is as large as the largest fossil Panthera.

Are you sure its Baikal (because the stripes appeared a bit different) ?
The amazing thing about Baikal is that he is not fat but instead he is very BIG (taller, longer, bigger)
Yes his size is Prehistoric.

The amazing thing about Baikal is that he is not fat but instead he is very BIG (taller, longer, bigger)

I think so, since King and Guate stated that this another pic of Baikal, but we could think them to re-confirm again.

This one, a captive (Duisburg Zoo) male Amur tiger (born in Rotterdam Zoo). He was 320 cm. in a straight line and estimated at 280-300 kg. in his prime. Must have been quite a tiger.

This guy was stated to have 90mm upper canine from the gumline, but the only thing needs to be clarified is the straight line or front curve.

90mm upto gumline is freakishly large.
Is it the longest measurement for any tiger till gumline ?
Do you have the total length of that canine (tip to root) ?

According to peter, the straight line is probably unlikely, maybe in front curve. If so, that would make the canine about 80mm in the straight line from the gumline, or 90mm in the straight line from the skull.

From the tip to root, maybe up to 168mm.

The head+body length is 220cm and the shoulder height is 110cm, while the chest girth is unknown, but he looked quite bulky for his size.

About in the straight line or front curve, both methods are applicable.

Taking this picture as evidence, the canines of Bengal and probably also Amur tigers, in the wild, are measured in straight line.
