Those are some big specimens out there. I assume they must be bigger than persian leopards considering how big they can get.
Thanks @parvez , but they are big cats different. The big cats that you are reported, are the Snow Leopards (Panthera uncia). The Persian Leopard is a subspecies of Panthera pardus (ssp. saxicolor).

Do you mean they belong to different genus or subspecies and do not come under leopards? Are they bigger than the normal Panthera pardus or smaller?

Yes, now i understand. Big cats does not only include four cats lion, tiger, leopard, jaguar. They are around seven. Snow leapords, clouded leopards, cougars also join the list which means snow leopard and common leopard do not include under common leopard.

Well, what it means is that they are directly a different species.
All of the leopards we're talking about here, Persian, Javan, African, Indian, Sri Lankan, etc belong to the same unique species. It's basically the same animal, but adapted to different environments.
Snow leopards and Clouded leopards are a completely different species, despite the similarities (that are many). The same goes for Pumas.

Well, leopards have such a great variety in sizes according to the place they live in, that yes, certainly some will be bigger than some leopards. Of course, on the larger spectrum, the leopard will be coming on top, maybe on par with the largest Pumas.

Yes @parvez, the Snow Leopards that you reported are a different species from P. pardus, belong always to the genus Panthera.
The big cats under genus Panthera is considered five (P. tigris, P. leo, P. pardus, P. onca and P. uncia). Cougar (Puma sp.) and Clouded Leopards (Neofelis sp.) is considered other genus (the latter strictly related to the Panthera genus).
I haven't data to say whether P. uncia it's bigger or smaller than P. pardus; it's not easy because the different Leopard subspecies vary greatly in weight and size, as @peter explained in detail previously.

Thanks ngala and maginjilane now it totally strike my mind. Despite many similarities they belong to different species and are not included under Panthera pardus. It is interesting to note if there are different groups under snow or clouded leopards. Based on my observation snow leopards seem to be bigger on dimensions than biggest group of common leopards. While the clouded leopard is the smallest of big cats as we all know.

Now only I read an article on snow leopards. It says their evolutionary line is alongside tigers not leopards as many think. So they are rightly classified as different species. That is interesting how the big cats have evolved over millions of years. It is truely mesmerizing to know all these details.

"Leopards on the ridge line ...this is the place they love to walk so they can see any other moving animal well in advance. This old man, in Salouk National Park, at at least 7 years old. They start to develop a dewlap when they grow older, like this one."
