RE: Amur Leopard (Panthera pardus orientalis) - Greatearth - 06-11-2017

I am Korean. Amur leopard is still surviving in the North Korea. There is numerous Amur leopard's track is still discovering in the North Korea.
However, we don't know how many leopard is still surviving in the North Korea. I don't think anyone can go study the animals there.
These Amur leopard population is far isolated from Russian Amur leopard. If North Korea and Russia cooperates together. The genetic variations of the Amur leopard would be increase.

RE: Amur Leopard (Panthera pardus orientalis) - Ngala - 08-24-2017

From Leopard Land National Park:
"Amur leopard number Leo 87M listens attentively to what the human would call the silence of the Ussuri taiga. However for this male in this silence there is a storehouse of useful information. It's a super-predator. A swift hunter with an amazing ear. Even now he is not wasting his time – just look at his concentrated ears: what if a herd of deer suddenly whistles in the distance? Good hunting!"
