I didn't know male lions had nipples

They have nipples just like male dogs, males cats or us, male humans :)

Not sure what happened, but based of title, it looks like tourist somehow provoke him..

Tourists really need to know how to behave around wild animals, especially when they are close like in this example, majority of them talk, laugh, move etc. which provokes lions..

RE: N'waswitshaka males - lionuk - 10-11-2021

Two of the N’waswishaka males, along with the Styx lionesses and their cubs were still finishing off their zebra kill over the weekend. The males males lay around with full bellies after engorging themselves, and so allowing the females and their cubs to eat the remains. Later one afternoon, they were seen close to a waterhole, this time three of the males were present with the rest of the pride.  They all got up for a drink but soon after went straight back to resting in the shade.

Three of the N’waswishaka males were seen today along with Styx pride on a kudu kill. There was not much meat left, so they were finishing off the remains and soon began making their way towards a nearby waterhole.

She's looking really good for a single lioness. No signs of her three/four cubs?
