They are starting to look really good, Mfumo´s mane is finally starting to get fuller and darker, he is starting to look similar to nhenha

RE: The Birmingham Males - Wild Warrior - 08-19-2017

Tinyo has darker mane than any other BBoys. He is magnificent and very aggressive. He hurted Mfumo twice very seriously..

It looks like tinyo and scrapper we were true brothers because scrapper was the same way agresive, not saying that the others arent his true brothers in just saying that they always acted the same way.

Two of the Birmingham males were around our dam in front of camp this morning. They are feeding on a buffalo with the Styx pride of lions. Their calls echoed around camp for the entire night - it was amazing! Image by Diff Marimane

Oops, my bad. I'm trying to find info on him, but it's not being easy...

Not for sensitive viewers: We were recently able to watch the Styx Pride, in the presence of two Birmingham male lions, pull down an adult buffalo close to camp. This is not an everyday sighting, and was incredibly special to witness. Video by Andrew Khosa
Tinyo seems to be the male in the video.

RE: The Birmingham Males - Tshokwane - 08-21-2017

@Chris I don't know how old the other males were when they died, but the last old Birmingham male was somewhat around 12 years old when he was killed (poaching).

SIGHTINGS UPDATE

20 August
- Started our afternoon by finding the one Birmingham male with one of the Styx females on an open area. Tinyo was fast asleep in the afternoon sun while the female was grooming.

RE: The Birmingham Males - vinodkumarn - 08-25-2017

The Styx pride and two Birmingham male lions were feeding on their buffalo kill recently and we got to spend some time watching the cubs interact with the males, as well as feed. They seem to be in fairly good health at the moment.
