The Nkhulus are all looking great at the moment, even #3 #5 and #6 who have often been seen on the skinny side until more recently.

#1 Smudge has developed a really impressive looking mane after experiencing some strange mane loss a few months ago. And #2 Snip Tail looking as good as always.

Agreed, Snip Tail is turning into a real tank, that fella is really solidly built.

So the nhkulus are around 6 years old but #6 is much younger I don’t know how much younger but he’s younger than the other 5 or 4 not sure if #4 is alive but I believe #6 had two brothers his age but when the nhkulus and dreadlocks went back to Kruger they returned but with #6 before he wasn’t with them strangely enough lol

Londolozi - The week in pictures
Two Nkuhlu males in Londolozi - August 21

"One of the new arrivals on Londolozi, a Nkuhlu Male rests in the shade after he and one of his brothers were found feeding on a giraffe carcass at Monzo Sheet Erosion."
"Having these males now venturing deeper into the Ndzhenga Males’ territory is a rather interesting turn of events. I can smell something intense brewing."

I hope the Nwas are able to catch one or two of them alone, giving them the opportunity to drive them off. If the whole crew comes in, it would spell disaster for the prides and cubs, especially given their penchant for killing cubs. This has been my biggest concern, since these boys have been hanging more all together, and in really good condition. There is literally nowhere they can't go, and no pride they cannot take, when they stick together.
