RE: the Matimba coalition - sik94 - 08-19-2017 This dispels the notion that HB was on his legs, as I expected. Not a huge distance from malamala to elephant plains but still a good distance for an old and limping lion. RE: the Matimba coalition - Rodrigo - 08-19-2017 Where is Ginger? RE: the Matimba coalition - Chris - 08-19-2017 (08-18-2017, 06:51 AM)T Rabbit Wrote: the matimbas are done as a dominant coalition. hairy belly is only worry in eat something, he has no more chances in rule some pride or sire more offspring. and his leg looks like in some bone trouble, not a superficial injury. i think he is done as dominant male. is sad to see that awesome legendary man in that situation. but its life and he sired a lot of cubs in his dominant time. I disagree they can still be dominant, I feel that there Exploring different territory and checking and give them time and when hairy belly recovers they'll be back. RE: the Matimba coalition - jacksonsmash - 08-19-2017 I DOUBT HE WILL STICK AROUND - MISS HIM RE: the Matimba coalition - Chris - 08-19-2017 (08-19-2017, 06:56 AM)jacksonsmash Wrote: I DOUBT HE WILL STICK AROUND - MISS HIM He will and he will recover RE: the Matimba coalition - jacksonsmash - 08-19-2017 (08-19-2017, 07:11 AM)Chris Wrote:(08-19-2017, 06:56 AM)jacksonsmash Wrote: I DOUBT HE WILL STICK AROUND - MISS HIM HE WILL LEAVE AND FIND HIS PARTNER / MAYBE GINGER WILL COME TO HIM RE: the Matimba coalition - Chris - 08-19-2017 (08-19-2017, 08:42 AM)jacksonsmash Wrote:(08-19-2017, 07:11 AM)Chris Wrote:(08-19-2017, 06:56 AM)jacksonsmash Wrote: I DOUBT HE WILL STICK AROUND - MISS HIM Obviously he will find his brother because there always together so he'll be back with his brother they'll probably contact call to know were they each other are. RE: the Matimba coalition - Rodrigo - 08-19-2017 Someone said Ginger is dead. Other people say it's not true. However, there are 5 days or more hb is seen alone. RE: the Matimba coalition - Fredymrt - 08-20-2017 Hairy Belly does not have broke leg. He was limping a little bit but not to bad. RE: the Matimba coalition - Tshokwane - 08-31-2017 Video from Safari live, answering a question as to if it was normal that HB is/was hanging out in the B males territory. RE: the Matimba coalition - sik94 - 09-03-2017 *This image is copyright of its original author Hairybelly matimba carrying fresh scars. - Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge 08/31/2017 RE: the Matimba coalition - sik94 - 09-03-2017 The mapogos did get hammered one by one though. The majingalanes took out KT, then they took out rasta(sure his body wasn't found but we definitely heard the confrontation) and badly injured pretty boy. Dreads was poached and T was cornered by the selaties and chose to fight a 1 vs 4 fight instead of running. Pretty boy and Mak chose to flee in old age. So, three of them got hammered and one was poached, the last two would have gotten hammered by the selaties but made the right choice to run. Tristan explained it in general terms but he wasn't that far off the mark. |
