Just when we thought we couldn't get any closer, you take us as close is as humanly possible @EverseenSA , wonderful work as always. Do you have any pictures or video of the second male? How are they behaving, are they being quiet and stealthy, or are they possibly taking a more aggressive posture? Very interesting development, for sure. Thank you Charlie!

@"Timbavati", @Tr1x24, @"Brahimlegend",  @Potato, Bueller, anyone have any ideas on who these two males encroaching into Machaton space might be?

Im not sure, theres not a lot of male lions who are known around Balule and western/northern Klaserie area except well known as Sark males, Machatons, Masekes, but in those areas theres prob more, less seen and known nomadic males.. Strydom males for example are very mysterius, not sure what is up with them or if they are still around..

Does this guy still make safari content?

I was trying to post this to the EverseenSA Vids thread.  Not sure how it ended up as a separate thread.

I have not heard much from Charlie in some time, he is very much missed. His videos were some of the best wildlife (lions) videos you'll ever see, on any level. Incredible stuff, so much talent.

I hope he's doing well. His work is superb! I often re-watch his videos on the Masungulo males.

Stunning cinematography, for sure. One of my favorites was when the Koppies (with the Opens) were searching for their cubs, after a fight with the Mbiris, his excitement as they each returned, one after the other, his emotion was palpable through the lens of his camera. So sad what happened to the Koppies after that, I miss them, just as I miss EverSeenSA's works.
