Two Leopards share a Cattle kill.

It is likely one of them killed the Cattle, but allowed another Leopard to eat with him.

"Images of two leopards sharing a kill were caught by camera traps laid by the Kagaznagar Forest Division in Sirpur range on Friday. Forest officials said the camera traps were laid after reports of cattle kill in this range came in on Wednesday morning.

“Generally, leopards are solitary and territorial in nature. They hunt alone and prefer small prey which can be lifted onto a tree or carried to their hide-outs. In this case, though, a huge cattle was killed and shared by two adult leopards,” Kagaznagar Divisional Forest Officer A Narasimha Reddy said in a press release."

Could it be a mating couple? The one on the left seems to be a male and the other one a female.

I was going to say that, but this is what the forest officer stated.

“Generally, leopards are solitary and territorial in nature. They hunt alone and prefer small prey which can be lifted onto a tree or carried to their hide-outs. In this case, though, a huge cattle was killed and shared by two adult leopards,” Kagaznagar Divisional Forest Officer A Narasimha Reddy said in a press release.

“Group hunting or sharing of kill is rare among leopards, unless they are siblings or mating pairs or mother-and-cubs. Wildlife behaviour is very interesting and unpredictable. There are always exceptions to general behaviour,” he added"

^ The officer stated this incident as though if it was too odd to be a mating pair.

Leopard attack: “This is the hybrid cow that was attacked by a leopard. The man led the cows to graze in the fallow land while he was working in his field close by [previous image]. Then he saw all the cows running out of fear. By the time he reached the spot, his cow had been killed.”

Indochinese leopards prey on banteng

Eastern Cambodia’s leopards are also part of the only leopard population in the world to prey predominantly on an animal weighing more than 500 kilograms — the banteng.
By contrast, male Indochinese leopards in the eastern Cambodian study site appear to prey predominantly on an animal more than five times its mass, making this the only known leopard population in the world to do so.

The leopards there could be targeting banteng because the large herbivore represents about 70 percent of the available ungulate biomass within the study site, Rostro-García said. Moreover, tigers, whose main prey was the banteng, went locally extinct in the landscape a decade ago, allowing leopards to take over as the apex predator.
“Tigers kill and displace leopards, and previous research showed that when tigers are present, leopards consume smaller prey to avoid encounters with tigers,” Rostro-García said. “Thus, the leopards in eastern Cambodia likely changed their predatory behavior to include the banteng, the largest herbivore, which may have been previously off limits to them when tigers were present.”
