What has happened to the Kambula male lions that is surprising? RE: Kambula/Ntsevu males - adamstocks16 - 08-30-2024 It looked as though they were finally ready to stake a claim for dominance in Manyeleti but for whatever reason they’ve moved back down to Singita. The fact they are tolerating Southern Avoca Male isn’t actually that surprising as we’ve seen it before especially when the other lion isn’t a threat, acting submissive and food is involved. The only times recently I’ve seen Kambulas act aggressive around a carcass was with the BDM and the young Hamiltons and Torchwood males. They have eaten together before? RE: Kambula/Ntsevu males - Ngonya - 08-30-2024 (08-30-2024, 05:14 AM)Go131810 Wrote: Aren’t the Kambula male lions familiar with Southern male lion? The Kambula male lions are now with lioness I wonder if they would get more aggressive. Their sister was with the young Styxt male lion what a beautiful male lion he had become. I wonder what made them meet eachother and come together. They have a similar story. The Styxt male lion was with his sisters and the Kambula lionesses was with his brothers and cousins and now they are with eachother. Also yes, they have quite a similar story! Hopefully they start mating soon, would be great if they formed a small pride. Honestly would be better if Styx had a partner and K12 too, but well, lets see how things turn out to be. The Southern Avoca male lion maybe alone, but I do not think the Kambula male lions would want to fight him; the Southern Avoca male lion looked stringer and bigger and wernt some of the Kambula male lions still injured?(08-31-2024, 08:25 AM)Go131810 Wrote: Yes but couldn’t it be the other way around?
