It would be great to know what was the largest of them all, the most complete skeleton found belongs to Sarcosuchus imperator it was a little over 12 meters long.

who really is the biggest croc of all time?  i heard all of the size of Deniosuchus and Purussaurus Brasil have been reduced to some degree.

It is a very good question very difficult to  answer because no complete skeleton of Prehistoric Crocodile has been found to this day, the most complete skeleton belongs to  Sarcosuchus Imperator. All sizes of Prehistoric Crocodiles are estimates calculated by the huge size of their skulls found, Purussaurus and Deinosuchus were huge Crocodiles as big or bigger than Sarcosuchus Impetator.
