RE: Great white shark (Carcharodon carcharias) - Spalea - 06-09-2023 Orcas have been attacking the Great White sharks for several years off the South Africa coasts. At least, according this french account, ten or so big White Sharks have been killed by orcas operating in pack, like wolves, to such a point that the marine ecosystem is greatly modified (sea lions and penguins are proliferating). The Great White sharks seem to have moved toward the Mozambic coasts. And the tourists coming to see grat white sharks in a cage into the water are very disappointed. Orcas seemed to be VERY aggressiv against white sharks. Is it a new phenomenon ? All the retrieved white sharks' corpses had no more liver. French account for those who can understand...
