As for this video, firstly I do not believe that croc is 35', there is a number of videos using that same clip, one of which claims he is over 50'. While he is quite large, clearly, there is nothing in the clip for scale, we have no idea ho zoomed in the person filming it had his camera set at, a whole bunch of unknowns on this clip.

If he was even as big as Lolong, I can assure that someone would be out there, doing everything they could to get a proper measurement, so they could be the ones to get their names in the record books as having identified him.
