While he is quite large, clearly, there is nothing in the clip for scale, we have no idea ho zoomed in the person filming it had his camera set at, a whole bunch of unknowns on this clip. If he was even as big as Lolong, I can assure that someone would be out there, doing everything they could to get a proper measurement, so they could be the ones to get their names in the record books as having identified him.
