RE: The Birmingham Males - Gamiz - 10-12-2016 Karen shot this photo of the Birmingham coalition in Sabi Sands in May 2016, near Nkorho Bush Lodge. Their range includes Kruger Park. We may be lucky enough to see these two Kings again on our April 2017 safari--and if you book to go with us, you might see them too! Book now at http://www.EagleEyeSafaris.com Blondie and #4 *This image is copyright of its original author
RE: The Birmingham Males - tigerluver - 10-12-2016 The male in post #346 could be in some trouble. That look's like inflammation from either an infection, bone breakage, or both. Please keep us updated with how he fares. Awesome posts everyone! RE: The Birmingham Males - Ngala - 10-15-2016 Birmingham male #4, shortly before his injury. RE: The Birmingham Males - sanjay - 10-17-2016 Thank you very much @ RE: The Birmingham Males - Gamiz - 10-21-2016 Hi all I still have a hard time identifying the different males when I see them at a distance, but once up close they're quite different. I have marked the areas that stand out to me. I hope this helps. :) Credits to Lyss Lapa *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author

As long as no organ is damaged and blood can clott, the victim should be fine. Even infection caused death seem to be rare from what I've seen, but I've never dived too deep into it.
