RE: The Birmingham Males - Pckts - 09-30-2016 (09-30-2016, 01:24 AM)leocrest Wrote: that fella looks to be in real trouble. anyone seen comparable wounds? what was the outcome? a week or so without healing would put his eye in jeopardy. He should be fine, many big cats go through superficial wounds like this. Gabbar, Prince of Pench, Naaka Kata, to name a few all had nasty rostrum wounds. Big cats are resilient, these wounds come with the territory. He'll be all good in no time, he'll be scarred but this isn't a beauty pageant. RE: The Birmingham Males - leocrest - 09-30-2016 good to know. i'm a fan of the bboys and finally starting to identify them by their scars and manes. RE: The Birmingham Males - Pckts - 09-30-2016 Scars do usually make it easier to ID, especially with lions. While we were there another one of the males came to join and the males had a bit of a fight. Seems as though this one isn't liked very much seeing as he already has a huge wound on his face.
