BTW, to my detractors. This so called questionable, "genius" thread was carefully concieved,
and elicited  the expected responses posted on this "still active" thread. Thanks for participating.

The Karadashians is one of the highest watched shows on TV, don't confuse popularity with substance. Just because a thread is "active" doesn't mean its good. Everybody slows down to check out a car wreck.

Well, I've never been accused of being boring. Now, if we can get back on topic.......

I would really enjoy raising a lion or a tiger cub in my home. I can just imagine playing with him in my back yard. But, just as soon as he is old enough to possibly kill and eat the neighbor's dog ( or their children ) I would give to to someone more capable of tending to him; a zoo or animal sactuary prearranged.

Don't you think this thread need to be in discussion section ?

If  all the necessary bases could be covered - strictly hypothetical - it would definitely be a blast. Kevin Richardson and
Dave salmoni - for example - have experienced the type of bond with their lions and tigers respectively that warm the
heart. There are countless examples in the U.S. alone, of people successfully and unsuccessfully , who have given it a
go. There was a video a while back, of two Brits who bought a lion cub, raised it, and gave it to George Adamson of "born
free" fame for successful re-entry into the wild. Some time later they venture to Afica and find their now fullgrown lion
and the happy reunion was captured on tape for all to see. I fully understand thats the exception and not the rule.

And of course the flip-side. Always a possibility when dealing in this element. Thanks Sig
