Impossible to know at this point, as most likely all males mated with majority of females.

I guess the best way to find out is to wait for them to grow older to see their faces resemble which N'was male.

"A brief moment of calm amidst a frenzy of activity where a lion cub takes a break to rest on the high ground that is its mothers stomach - look at the little claws! There is an estimated 6 lionesses from this pride that have given birth in a relatively short space of time, that is something in the region of 20 - 30 cubs that are hanging around @londolozi at the moment!!"

RE: Kambula Pride - Tr1x24 - 02-20-2023

They estimate there is between 20-30 cubs, wow.

Seems the Lioness that had the litter of five ALL BOYS has lost one to the rains.   She’s been sighted with only 4 in these days.

RE: Kambula Pride - criollo2mil - 02-24-2023

2/2 soon to be 2 year old girls from the Kambula Breakaways and the youngest offspring of the Birmingham Boys

These particular girls are daughters of K3.   An original litter of 5.   Two were lost in July 2021, killed but the N Avocas,,,then one of their brothers, disappeared mid last year after a chase from Uboso N’waswitshaka.

There were 13 cubs from this generation from 4 litters.    Two cubs died very early and 11 were alive when Tinyo disappeared and N’waswitshaka started their takeover.

Over those initial months, they went down to 5 cubs.   3 from K3, and 2 from K2.    Of those 5, it was 1 male and 4 females.

The youngest female became separated from the group and was away for a few weeks….she did manage to return but had lost condition and likely couldn’t recover in time.  later disappeared.

The boy then was next to disappear and left these two sisters.

Have any of the young Kambula girls given birth? I believe 3 of them are back with the natal pride.

RE: Kambula Pride - Mapokser - 02-24-2023

@Mdz123 these 2 are too young to be from that litter I think.

RE: Kambula Pride - Tonpa - 02-24-2023

I think those were the cubs that died of mange

Idk but its safe to say that these 2 are the last surviving ones of K3's litter. Not sure which Kambula female sired the litter you mentioned but if its not K3's then they are dead
