Camera trap images of various wild mammals in the Kasungu National Park. Carnivore Research Malawi is an organization that studies and conserves the habitats and wild carnivores of Malawi. Their FaceBook Page and Website.

"While the main focus of our camera trap placement is spotted hyaena, we have many other animals appearing in our photos during the day and night, utilising the same tracks and roads the hyaenas use. We collect and record the data of all the species that appear on our cameras to better understand the distribution of these animals, with a particular focus on carnivores. Can you name some of the species that appeared on our cameras during our recent visit to Kasungu National Park?"

The animals that I could recognize: Spotted Hyena, Honey Badger, ?, Porcupine, Leopard, Bush Pig, African Bush Elephant and Spotted Hyena with a kudu kill.
