RE: Skybed Coalition - Spalea - 02-25-2021 @Herekitty : One male you described seems particular to me because of its eyes. Very bright yellows eyes. Fascinating to see how expressive the lions can be. Its eyes give him a hangdog look, or perhaps something of sly, sneaky, look. I don't believe we can caracterise an animal's temperament through its look, but it's can be disturbing. I wanted to reproduce here, below, a picture of the lion which we were talking about, but the picture is divided by a tools line... It is at the #148 post. I understand your photos are protected, and I finally would say they are beautifully expressive. RE: Skybed Coalition - Herekitty - 02-27-2021 Couple of Skybed males at Orpen, August 2014. RE: Skybed Coalition - Herekitty - 03-03-2021 Skybed Scar by Friedrich Von Horsten, 2016. I always relax and have breakfast at Bobbejaankrans unfenced lookout on the Timbavati river. This was 60m from the little bench we always sit on... *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author *This image is copyright of its original author The river was in flood, so they had to cross the bridge... where we parked to wait for them.
