I have seen two Persian leopards in a zoo - the finest specimens of this cat I have ever witness. Big, beautifull, powerful, elegant and most importantly - "noble", in them there is some "Persian nobleness", old Persian brilliance I would say, a truly Royal beast. Both was born two years ago in The leopard recovery center (Sochi). From birth this animals prepared for indepedent life in wild by a unique programm that practicaly esclude contact with human. Before release leopards succesfully passed some tests that include abillity to hunt and avoid peoples. Earlier he successfuli passed tests like his sister Volna (#156). Artek was released in the same area where there are already 2 leopards Killy and Ahun, released two years ago.
