They buried her? The entire situation is very sad indeed.

Them burying her was a surprise considering I only recall that being reportedly done one other time. I wanna say it was the old male Morani that they buried but I could be mistaken on the identity.

Only lion I recall being buried was Oloparpit (wrong lion, just watched a video with Lorkulup, must have had him on the brain), which was equally surprising for me personally, but I understood the gesture.

Morani disappeared  and nobody supposedly knows what happened.

Appears that Pamoja's son Simba is still around, great news considering his sister's passing. Sighting is from around the 1st or 2nd of October, I believe.

This right here is why so many different lions of the Mara have gone missing/outright killed. Thankfully there were wildlife photographers and guides around to keep this from becoming a fatal incident until the authorities got there and removed the herder and cow from the area.

Utterly speechless, which is probably a good thing. If I had anything to say, it likely wouldn't be good.

Supposedly Topi lioness Princess and her yoing son have been killed by villagers for raiding a boma. Princess broke away from the core pride and has been doing her own thing for a while now. It hasn't been confirmed officially but people in "the know" pretty much have narrowed it down. The killings of these animals just go on and on and on and on.
