Which are stronger pound for pound Herbivores or Carnivores?

I have been wondering, which are more muscular or stronger pound for pound generally, herbivores or carnivores? In my view herbivores must be stronger because of the following reason.

The energy obtained by all living organisms on the earth is from sun. The energy from the sun is taken up by plants, photosynthesis occurs and energy is produced. Not all energy is utilized by plants. Some of it is wasted as heat. So, plants are the biggest living things probably on this planet as they utilize maximum energy from sun. Similarly, herbivores which consume plants utilize it for energy production. Even here some of the energy is wasted during the process. So, they must be the second biggest living organisms on the earth. Carnivores feed on herbivores even here some of energy is wasted. So, the amount of energy available for herbivores is not available for carnivores. So, I feel herbivores must be more stronger even pound for pound i suppose. Please state your opinions on this.

Thanks @Pckts and @brotherbear, I think herbivores have some handicapped features like vision, hearing ability etc. They are handicapped in one or other senses. This may be because they do not need those senses in particular, while feeding on plants. While, carnivores do not have such handicapped senses. As they must be alert for stalking and killing prey. I think that is the reason why they are able to hunt herbivores in addition to having weapons like claws, canines etc. Or else the sheer muscle strength in both of them does not seem to vary by too much margins.

Body morphology, muscle and weight distribution, lifestyle differences and habitat will all play distinct roles.

Since we have delved into the realms of one-ton tigers: https://animalcorner.co.uk/animals/rhinoceros-beetle/

Rhinoceros beetles are the strongest animals on the planet, proportionally. They can lift up to 850 times their own weight. Adults feed on nectar, plant sap and fruit.

Stronger pound for pound well thats a tough question to answer.
Incase of large mammals we need to study the muscle composition and bone composition of each of the animals to come to a conclusion.
But still it will be a tough one to answer like for example an elephant doesnt need fast twitch muscles like a cheetah, coz their lifestyle and body structure are completely different.
Another example is a whale can have higher muscle mass than any land mammal for its size, but it doesnt mean they are stronger.
One more example is insects can be very strong for its size compared to mammals, reptiles etc, but an elephant sized insect cannot even move or even exist.

A generalised comparison among all animals will never work.
I would say it will be better to stick to group or genus when comparing for strength like bovids, canids, ursids etc (like which is the strongest of all bovids etc)

Whats the criteria?
Pure Strength?
Nothing comes close to an Elephant then Rhino then Hippo then Some bovines and some carnivores.

Some reptiles would also be on that list, Constrictors and Crocs/gators

In the water is a different story.
