There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

This was a very special sighting. Spent 4 hrs with Luluka on the very first day of our guided safari this November. She was such a delight. A great welcome for our guests to the Mara.

Leopard with an Aardvark (Orycteropus afer) kill.

From Ngala Private Game Reserve:
"A very unusual sighting awaited us as this leopard tom managed to hoist a large aardvark up into a tree. He looked rather pleased with his catch."

Visual but what an incredible experience
Two days ago this big boy who goes by the name Nkosi caught this huge warthog 20m from my vehicle! My guests and I were lucky enough to see the whole hunt from start to end.
Right time,right place I guess
