He is called the Tarzan and he rules the Karmaghari Side of Pench.

No, Bheem and Mangu are 2 different tigers,

Bheem aka Tarun is codenamed T22.
Mangu aka Munga aka Chinkoo aka Roundface is codenamed T9.

Regarding the video posted by @Pckts, you are right its not Mangu, the stripe pattern looks different.
