Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. What is the width of its muzzle in inches and mm? The width from its right canine tooth to its left canine?

For Panthera atrox, the widest muzzles (135.9 mm & 141.4 mm) belong to specimen 14001 of University of California (467.5 mm at GSL) & specimen 2900-3 (458 mm at GSL) respectively.

For Panthera spelaea, the widest muzzles belong to San River specimen (451 mm at GSL & 138 mm for muzzle) and Mokhnevskaya Cave specimen (475 mm at GSL & 138 mm for muzzle).

I think it should be the 467.5 mm skull from University of California, and its zygomatic width is around 12 inches.
