The bird is a Egretta garzetta.

And I believe the snake is a puff adder ("vipère heurtante" in french).

This is a prime example of an arboreal Python and how these serpents eat high up in the trees aka the canopy! The snake probably already killed the bird and is now readjusting it so he can eat it the proper way ......all while hanging from a telephone pole! **MUSCLE** His tip of tail is damn strong af!!!
