Another highlight with the boys. Towards the end of it, you can see Hip Scar after he stole the kill from the leopard Dewane. He was pretty skinny there, but from this point onwards, he recovered a lot and now he's much better. Credits to Rob the Ranger.

Today marks the 6th year anniversary of the takeover by the Majingilane males over the Mapogo males.
After losing one of their brothers to the two experienced Mapogos, the next night the four Majingilane defiantly roared into the night, luring out one of the Mapogos, Kinky tail, and then proceeding to rip him apart methodically and in a brutal fashion. Mr.T arrived late, but he was no match for the two Majingilane that attacked him, so he had to run to save his life.
This was the beggining of what is a very successful reign, with lots of sired cubs, most of which are still alive and also wiht a huge territory conquered in two main separate ocassions.

In my opinion, the Majingilanes are the top notch (no pun intended) lions ever to exist within the planet.
They have shown themselves, through dignity and suffering, to excel in driving the Mapogos off, to excel in facing multitude periods of starvation during most of their early life, to excel in still being able to grow up into healthy and mature lions, and to excel in their ability to sleep around most of their midlife (majority of the Majingilanes' videos) days while not worrying about another lion pride in sight.
In my opinion, they are as special as the lions named Cecil and Notch, and the tigers named Raja, Charger, Waghdoh, and Bamera.
The Majingilanes truly are kings.

for me the greatest strength of majingilane is to live united through out their life. They have no dominance over each other and all 4 of them love each other equally.
Mapogos were one of the most brave pride ever (especially Kinky tail and Mr. T). They lived like true warrior and never ever afraid of anything. However majingilane were smart and they always worked as team with planning.
