Maybe not.  Many lions have amazed us all with how they manage to pull through and survive.
The LORD gives and he takes away.  Honestly we never know what or when.  Sometimes the biggest

I'm glad the little cub is alive.  More power to him.  Perhaps he'll make it against all odds.

Kambula young male looks a Tinyo

Silver Eye Talamati Still Fighting On!

RE: Lions of Sabi Sands - DARK MANE - 01-26-2022

It is found that male nwaswitshaka male with bite wounds on his legs and head. It is found that he was attacked the 3 kambula subadults ( the biggest onesones)  as they were also found with some new scars. Also king NHENHA has some fresh scars on his face which reveals he was also indulge in the fight.
Is this shows that these kambula subadults are not afraid of anything or nwaswitshakas are paying price for being scattered in group of 1 or 2. I mean it's the second time we have seen these young Turks take on a full grown male ( last year he have seen them skirmishes with mohawk avoca over food) head on.
And they are just 3.5 yrs old ( even the oldest one).
Even the southern avocas did not have that much dare when they were 4.5 yrs old. I have seen in a video where 2 S. Avocas and 3 Tsalals ( sons of majingis) male were feeding on the corpse of dead animal and they had to flee on seeing just one old solitaire majinglanis male ( scarnose). Means for young males of age 4-4.5 , even a head count of 5 vs 1 is not enough.

And what about our king NHENHA. The old guard is still holding power. Seems like he is in no mood to giveva walkover to nwaswitshakas males and just looking for a opportunity with his sub sons to mamake a kill on them.

Nwaswitshakas brothers learn to gang up like PC makes or S. Avocas everytime otherwise their kingdom in londolozy willwill end before it starts.

?? What is this??

RE: Lions of Sabi Sands - Tonpa - 01-26-2022

Some randos on Facebook are saying their was a fight between Nhenha, the Kambula subs Vs. one of the Ndzhenga males

Sand river lioness and five cubs

RE: Lions of Sabi Sands - Duco Ndona - 01-26-2022

A fight between those two group is to be expected. So I would not be surprised if there was some minor clashing.
But yeah... its obviously coloured by fanboyism. That victory was more likely a hasty withdrawal .

It would be not suprising that those subs should be able to beat single adult male even without any Nhenha's help, through they would probably run off if encountered by at least 2 Ndzengas.

I do not think world "even" is appropriate  there. Avosas were not some huge brutes and actually they did dare as they being about 4 years and 3 months old mauled Matshapiri male. Actually there are multiple cases of young males of around 4 years old beating single adult male. Most fresh example of such would I believe be 2 Monwanas ousting Black Dam male

It is very easly enough

Not at all. He is not longer terrytorial male.

Even if Kambulas would be some monsters able to destroy all four Ndzengas at once it would be unlikely they would be willing to compete for Ndzenga's territory. It is unussual for the male lions to try to takeover their natal pride, they in great most of cases prefere to move further away and compete for another pride.

Same was said for example throughout Majingilane's reign and nothink came out of it. Ndzengas do not need to stick together all the time, but only when they are about to confront other coalition and that is exactly what they did when they have entered Birmingham's territory and as well when they have confronted Northern Avocas. Also in their confrontation with Birminghams years back in Sabi Sabi and also when they were moving into Southern Avocas territory in southern Mala Mala and even when they have moved into Othawa male territory. Personally I do not see any issues with Ndzengas teamwork. It was good so far.

I did see the picture of Nenah and in my opinion it looks like he received the facial scars from either the sub adults or lionesses from sharing a meal together.
