Bad move on the crocs behalf. That bull has some huge tusks, and could very well have used them.

Yeah taking on an elephant is definitely a bad move by the croc.

Here is a young elephant chasing two bikers.

For @Roflcopters
The recent Waghdoh images are quite impressive. Here are most of what I have found since he followed his mate to the Bufferzone and pushed out the Dominant male there

Then this unknown monster, if anybody knows where he is located from or details, it would be greatly appreciated. I guess Corbett since the photographer has another tiger image from corbett recently who was a huge tiger in the mist, I just cant find it anymore.

^^He does have a Assam/Terai look to him though.^^

Lets say that is a adult female walrus, the crazy thing is that they get over a ton. What a massive bear that is, here is the famous successful hunt of a walrus.
Warning, its a long and graphic battle.

And that is a bull! They get over 2600lbs easily

This video show how wrong were those programs of "Animal face off" from Discovery Channel.

A polar bear can't kill a walrus???? Yeah, in your wild dreams-lies, Discovery!!!

RE: Freak Specimens - sanjay - 01-31-2015

LOL , Guate, I agree, Discovery and Animal Planets shows are made to misguide by making putting thrilling scene which look more a fairy tale than the reality.
Nat Geo is little better.

RE: Freak Specimens - brotherbear - 01-31-2015

Animal Planet, "surprisingly human" is more about people than it is animals. I agree with Sanjay. I prefer Nat Geo Wild; not perfect, but the best available.

10 people vs 1 tiger (2.5 years old) had a tug of war on Tennoji Zoo, Japan.

I'll say it.  The tiger looked fat and the lion looked skinny.
